I'm Timothy Terrell Cole, a proud Memphis, TN native, a believer, and devoted father of five. Currently residing in Middle Tennessee, I have a deep passion for helping others achieve their real estate goals.

I hold an Associate degree from Northeast Mississippi Community College and a Bachelor’s degree from Bethel University in McKenzie, TN. My background as a former college and professional athlete has instilled in me a competitive spirit and a determination to overcome challenges, driving me to excel in everything I do.

I approach  real estate with a sharp edge and an unwavering commitment to my clients. Specializing in purchasing land, residential, and commercial properties. For purposes such as reselling, property management, remodeling, flipping, or holding for Airbnb and long-term rentals, I enjoy helping individuals, investors, and families find their dream homes, buy investment properties, or sell their current properties.
